There is a 3-tier 2-mode scheme for registration fee as in the following table.

2. eSewa (Online Payment Gateway)

1. If you have a PayPal account goto Step 3, if you don't have a PayPal Account then create a PayPal Account.

2. After your PayPal account is Verified by PayPal.

3. Go to http://m.esewa.com.np
4. On the right hand side you will see "Send money to eSewa with Paypal". Please use the paypal payment form.
6. In "Email Id", enter our email id [oc2010@desceco.org]
7. In the "Amount", enter 210 and choose currency USD[ $114 for participants from China and South Asia]
       This fees include service charge for eSewa
8. When you submit by clicking on "Send With Paypal", you will be taken to confirmation page.
9. In the confirmation page, please click "Check out with Paypal" button.
10. In the next stage, you can login to your paypal account and complete the transaction.
