Centre for Communication and Development Studies (CeCoDeS) is a non-profit non governmental organization established in 2010. The organization is legally registered in Lalitpur District Administration Office and affiliated to Social Welfare Council. This organization has been established with the aim to assist the multi-linguistic, multi-ethnic communities, different organization, and institutions in Nepal on language and communication technology related issues for efficient mobilization of resources and proper development.

To study and fill up the gaps on the specific theoretical, applied, and interdisciplinary aspects of language, communication, and development. To empower and assist the ethnic communities, organizations, and related institutions to enhance their language and communication related complexities for resources mobilization and development. To share and transfer knowledge, skill, and technologies at national and international level through seminars, workshops, and conferences. To recommend the government decision making bodies at different levels for policy making in the relevant areas on the basis of research findings.
